PANCIT BIHON A LA TERWEENA

1 super golden bihon
1/3 kilo chicken (ribs, wings, neck)
1/2 part medium. cabbage cut into strips
1 big carrot cut into strips
12 pcs. bagiou beans sliced diagonally
1/2 clove garlic minced
1 big onion chopped
2 tablespoons cooking oil
1/2 teaspoon black pepper powder
2 tablespoons sugar
1 knorr pork cube
1 knorr beef cube
1 smallest pack ginisa mix
4 table spoons soy sauce
fish sauce or patis as needed
ajinomoto (optional)

In a big pan, boil chicken cuts in 1 glass water. (cook side by side with another pan) when done, transfer the chicken cuts to the other pan leaving the broth, add 6 regular glasses of water to chicken broth, add 3 tablespoons soy sauce, black pepper, 3/4 pok cube, 3/4 beef cube, 2 tablespoon sugar, pinch of ajinomoto (optional). Once mixture boils add soaked bihon, cook until mixture is absorbed by the bihon.

In another pan, heat oil, saute garlic until brown, add onion,add pre boiled chicken, add 1 trablespoon soy sauce, black pepper, when almost done add carrots, beans, mix well then add cabbage, 1 ginisa mix, 1/4 beef cube, 1/4 pork cube, a pinch of ajinomoto (optional)...Then add the vegetable mixture to pancit bihon. mix well.

Note:

(soak the bihon in tap water in a separte container before the liquid mixture comes to boiling)
